Tuesday Team Scramble
About Us
For more than 35 years each Tuesday throughout the year (unless poor weather or major holidays) the Tuesday Team Scramble is held. The game structure is comprised of four player teams that compete to win skins, closest to the pins and team total stokes against other teams.
Players must be Laguna Wood’s residents and members of the (LWMGC) Laguna Woods Men’s Golf Club with an established GHIN handicap. The Team Scramble Board makes every effort to balance the teams which are comprised of A, B, C & D level players. The teams are selected by using each player’s index and then sorted by a computer program to create fair teams that compete evenly.
Deadline for LWMGC members to sign-up is noon Sunday. All players are emailed the team sheet Monday evening and meet Tuesday morning 10:30am at the upper putting green to check-in and pay their Team Captain. The Team Captain (typically the A player) collects each players entry fee and pays the Game Organizer prior to play.
